Benllech bay and Traeth Arian Cottage are ideal for those who enjoy beautiful walks, as there are miles of walks available all within easy reach from the property, including access to the Anglesey Coastal Path, with its dramatic coastal views. 

Also within a short walk is one of the most popular beaches on the island, Benllech Sands, with its fine golden sand and crystal clear 'Blue Flag' waters that are a delight for families to paddle and swim. The charming village of Benllech is just a short stroll away, offering a range of shops, eateries, pubs and traditional seaside facilities.

The cottage itself is a stunning bolthole, created by the homeowners with an air of luxury and exclusivity. Beautifully styled, with hand-picked bedding and crockery adding to the already enticing interior, the cottage offers a stunning kitchen diner which opens up by French windows to a picture perfect patio overlooking the North Wales coast and Snowdon, Traeth Arian Cottage is simply perfection. 

The cottage is the rear half of the owner's property, originally an old vicarage, where a warm welcome awaits yet privacy is assured. 

Step into this delightful open-plan retreat and settle in for a snug evening with a feast, a bottle of wine or simply relax with your favourite book.

The cottage has been designed to give a wonderful sense of tranquillity, whilst the double height of the living space creates space and light. 

The kitchen is cleverly fitted at one end of the living space with an electric oven and hob, an integrated fridge/freezer and a full size dishwasher, perfect for cooking a lazy breakfast in bed, or a light supper. 

Climb the small number of steps to the spacious and characterful lounge with sea and mountain views. Travel down the staircase to the sumptuous ground floor bedroom. You're sure to sleep well in this cosy home after a day in the salty sea air down at the beach! 

The bathroom is found on the ground floor and has a beautiful walk-in rainfall shower, atmospheric room lighting and a WC.  

Your outside seating area is directly accessed from the lounge area where you can enjoy the spectacular sea views and is a perfect place to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or cuddle up under a blanket whilst watching the sun go down. 

Parking is available directly by the cottage.
